• Condition: Products must be in original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
• Exchange Options: We happily exchange for different scents/varieties, different products of equal value, or store credit.
• Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returns, issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
