Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy our natural products and ensure they’re perfect for you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the items securely and ship them to our address (we’ll provide this in our response)
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange

Refund Information

Once we receive your returned items:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products once opened:

  • Body Wash Bars
  • Conditioner Bars
  • Facial Cleanser Bars
  • Hand Soap
  • Dog Shampoo Bars
  • Baby & Kids Care products

These personal care items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for:

  • Different scents or varieties of the same product
  • Different products of equal value
  • Store credit for future purchases

If the exchange item costs more than your original purchase, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
